The property is exclusive to guest only.You can find comfort and ease when it comes to security. The facilities are better compared to other resorts in Lian.Though it is next to the many resorts, the exclusivity gave us comfort. Also, the room we had is luxurios just like any 3 star hotel would have. The staff were responsive, selfless and resilient. When my baby had an asthma attack for the 1st time, Agnes has been very helpful and selfless to aid us in looking for a nebulizer to be borrowed. Also she gave us directions where we can buy medicine in the late night.We would like to thank Agnes for being selfless, helpful and ready to serve always when you asked for anything. Thank you so much Agnes!!! Also, thank you Miles for letting us borrow your nebulizer.You don’t know how that simple machine saved my daughter’s life.. For Cristine helping us look for the receipts and even taken an extra mile to look for it and send it to me online, Thank U. For Ryan for patiently waiting for us while we are on our meals, thank U. From the bottom of our hearts, we thank the whole staff and admin of the resort. Thank you, for the hospitality, the selfless help and the excellent service.! More blessings to you all

Very accomodating staff. Owner Of hotel is also hands-on. Complete toiletries (4 bath towels, paper towel, hand soap, soap, shampoo). With free drinking water, coffee and tea. Can eat inside the room or in nipa hut. Clean room, swimming pool and bathroom. Affordable breakfast compare to other hotel. Cold Aircon. Very relaxing and quiet place. Beach is 2 minutes walk. With alfamart, 711 and market near the area.

The room was big to accommodate our group of 6. We have ample space to move around the room. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The hotel was just a short walk from the beach. Food was good but a bit pricier but the service is great. Definitely will return for another 3 day 2 night escapade if given the chance

The property is beachfront and facilities are working fine and clean. My family enjoyed our stay as the place is just enough for us which is a group of 8 adults and 2 kids. Wifi works well but the cable is lagging. One would also feel safe and secure as the cottage has its own gate. Staff are also nice and responsive.

The breakfast was good but not enough on the plate so I needed to order 2 breakfasts. The room was very good for the price of the room. The hotel is very close to the beach walking distance. The pool was also very nice.
